The La Vare mountain pasture, located at an altitude of 1,763 meters in the Vaud Alps, offers a peaceful setting with lush green meadows and breathtaking mountain views. The mountain pasture refreshment bar welcomes hikers in a friendly atmosphere, ideal for refreshments and local specialities. For those wishing to extend their stay, the alpage has a 35-bed dormitory, divided into two areas:
• One part with traditional beds.
• Another where you can sleep on straw, for a more authentic experience close to nature.

The La Vare mountain pasture is part of the Tour des Muverans, an emblematic hiking route linking several refuges and offering exceptional scenery in the heart of the Vaud Alps.
